I love working with copper. I
like to think that I am creating impressions of history
etched into each piece. The surface intrigues me, because
it is the foundation from which my works are developed.
My vision is influenced by various foliages that each
season brings forth. Watching what emerges during the
process is exciting to me, because the end result is
always unique and never the same.
I find myself returning to the
solitude of the forests and wilderness for inspiration.
My present environment takes me on a journey through
the mountains of La Quinta, CA. I find this landscape
an inspirational palette of sculptural forms which I
hope to create.
